As a seasoned social scientist, researcher, and entrepreneur, I bring a unique blend of expertise and passion for community-driven initiatives and business growth. With a history of impactful work in healthcare and community services, I have demonstrated my ability to expand access to essential services and foster strategic partnerships. My journey spans roles such as:

• I am the Business Development Manager at Nissi Classic Cleaners Ltd, a premier Ugandan cleaning company I founded in 2015. The company has evolved from a home-cleaning service to a trusted provider for offices, hospitals, industries, and hotels.

• Chief Executive Officer of the Association of Real Estate Agents Uganda (AREA-U), where I led organizational growth and advocacy.

• District Supervisor with Makerere University Joint AIDS Program (MJAP), I expanded HIV counseling and testing services in Mukono, increasing monthly reach from 2,000 to 6,000 individuals. I developed collaborations with CSOs like LAVIISWA, Walter Reed, Red Cross, and Maristopes to enhance service delivery.

Additionally, my consultancy work in health systems strengthening has supported medical centers and garnered grants for research initiatives, like the one from Micro Research for Mukono’s healthcare access project. With a strong foundation in community engagement across central, eastern, and western Uganda, I am dedicated to driving positive change and delivering services that exceed customer expectations.

My work has been published in national outlets like New Vision and Monitor, underscoring my commitment to impactful storytelling and advocacy.
